Issues
- ngram index cache size not growing properly (FIXED)
- check match highlighting with ngram
- collection configuration: an invalid configuration should be reported before it is stored. right now, eXist will detect errors when the config is loaded, not when it is stored.
- jmx exception when db is restarted: InstanceAlreadyExistsException. eXist should check if mbean has already been registered (FIXED)
- Raul's concurrency issue in XQueryContext (FIXED)
- Provisional modularized fulltext index : refactor getReindexRoot() in order to handle mixed content on generic token entries (and port it to Akhil's branch)

- Change download.xml, generate from download.xml.tmp, substitute latest release id automagically. Will safe lot's of work in the future.
