For some types of feeds it might be useful to have a table-like contents listing at the top of the page. It should list the title of the entry, it's author, maybe the last modification date.

If the feed should have a table of contents listing could be determined by a category in a specific namespace or an extension element.

Reordering of Entries

The table of contents listing could also be used to reorder entries based on drag and drop.
